Flashy –

Flashy does not collect any personal data and does not send anything to any server. Your cards, decks, pictures, voice recordings, study history, settings and reminders are stored only on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Data leaves your device only when you choose to share it, for example by creating a backup or exporting a deck through the system share sheet. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Permissions: the microphone is used only when you tap the mic button to record a word's pronunciation on a card; the camera and photo library only when you pick or take a picture for a card; files only when you choose a file to import (CSV/.apkg) or to restore a backup; notifications only for reminders you create, scheduled locally on the device.
Internet: the app works fully offline. The only exception is the optional "Shared decks" feature, which opens the third-party website ankiweb.net so you can download a deck. Your use of that website is governed by its own privacy policy; Flashy sends it no data about you.
Children: the app is not directed to children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
